Refund Policy


All ticket sales for SnapShot 3D Art Museum are final.

  • Tickets are non-refundable once purchased.

  • Tickets are valid only for the selected date.

  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or guest dissatisfaction.

  • Refunds may be provided for partial closures, exhibit changes, or wait times.

  • Guests removed due to violation of venue rules or inappropriate behavior are not eligible for a refund.
