Terms & Conditions – SnapShot 3D Art Museum

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SnapShot 3D Art Museum, operated by PowerPlay Entertainment (“PowerPlay,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing tickets, entering the exhibit, or interacting with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not purchase tickets or enter the exhibit.
Admission & Tickets

All tickets are subject to availability and are valid only for the date specified at purchase.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.

PowerPlay reserves the right to refuse admission or remove guests who do not comply with these Terms or engage in disruptive or unsafe behavior.

Proof of purchase must be required upon entry.
Hours, Closures & Experience Modifications

Exhibit hours are subject to change without notice.

PowerPlay reserves the right to modify, temporarily close, or discontinue any portion of the SnapShot experience for operational, safety, or maintenance reasons.

Refunds may be issued due to partial closures, experience changes, or wait times.
Guest Conduct
To ensure an enjoyable experience for all guests, visitors agree to:

Follow all posted rules, signage, and staff instructions

Treat artwork, installations, staff, and other guests with respect
-
Refrain from running, climbing, or unsafe behavior within the exhibit
-
Avoid touching artwork unless explicitly permitted
PowerPlay reserves the right to remove any guest whose behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.
Respect & Zero-Tolerance Policy
PowerPlay Entertainment is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all guests, staff, artists, and partners.
Disrespectful, offensive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. This includes, but is not limited to:

Harassment, discrimination, or hateful language or actions
-
Sexual, aggressive, or threatening behavior
-
Excessive intoxication resulting in disruptive or unsafe conduct
-
Inappropriate gestures, imagery, or interactions within the exhibit
-
Any behavior that interferes with the enjoyment, safety, or well-being of others
PowerPlay reserves the right to:

Refuse admission or immediately remove individuals engaging in such behavior

Do so without refund
-
Deny future entry
-
Contact security or law enforcement when necessary
Guests are responsible for their own conduct and for the conduct of any minors under their supervision at all times.
Vandalism & Damage to Property
Guests are expected to treat all artwork, installations, fixtures, and property within SnapShot with care and respect.
Any form of vandalism, defacement, misuse, or intentional damage is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:

Writing, scratching, or marking on surfaces

Removing, altering, or damaging exhibit elements
-
Misusing interactive components
-
Any behavior that results in damage beyond normal wear and tear
PowerPlay Entertainment reserves the right to:

Immediately remove any individual involved in vandalism without refund

Seek reimbursement for repair, replacement, cleaning, or restoration costs
-
Deny future admission
-
Pursue legal action where appropriate
Guests may be held financially responsible for damage caused by themselves or by minors under their supervision.
Photography, Video & Social Media
SnapShot is an interactive experience designed to encourage photography and video.
By entering the exhibit, you acknowledge and agree that:

Photography and video recording may occur in public areas

PowerPlay may capture photos or videos for promotional, marketing, or documentation purposes
-
Your image or likeness may appear incidentally in such content
Guests are encouraged to share their content on social media. By tagging PowerPlay or SnapShot, you grant us permission to repost or share your content for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise.
Minors & Supervision

Children must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times.

PowerPlay is not responsible for unsupervised minors.
Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.
-
PowerPlay is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Prohibited Items
The following items are not permitted inside the exhibit:

Food and beverages (unless otherwise permitted)

Large bags or backpacks
-
Professional photography equipment, or lighting (without prior approval)
-
Any items deemed unsafe or disruptive by staff
Liability Waiver & Limitation
By entering SnapShot, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

PowerPlay shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your visit

Guests waive any claims against PowerPlay for accidents, injuries, or damages incurred on the premises
Intellectual Property
All artwork, installations, designs, branding, logos, and content within SnapShot are the intellectual property of PowerPlay Entertainment and/or its artists.

Guests may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any content without prior written consent.

Personal photography is permitted for non-commercial use only.
Promotions, Contests & Giveaways
From time to time, PowerPlay may offer promotions, contests, or giveaways related to SnapShot.

Participation is subject to additional terms and conditions

Odds of winning vary and are not guaranteed

Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value unless stated otherwise
Force Majeure
PowerPlay is not responsible for delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, power outages, government restrictions, or emergencies.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to These Terms
PowerPlay reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
